My name is Terry M Ham, I pride myself on being a family man first and foremost. Married to my beautiful wife Sonya, together we have four children and two grandchildren.
Introduced to the martial arts at the young age of 9, I realized then from my first experience that martial arts would be a part of my life forever.
I received my First Degree Black Belt 1996. Over the years, I have trained in various arts including:

Boxing
Karate
Judo
Bujinkan Budo
Submission Grappling
Japanese Jujutsu (Various Styles)

When I first began to teach martial arts, the focus was on non-traditional applications. However, I soon came to the realization that traditional martial arts are not only effective when applied and taught properly but are in fact a very comprehensive and complete system, again not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well.
I continue to train and consider myself to be a student for life and I am always willing to learn from anyone who has something to share.
